Anastasia Branco – “The GardenHR” – is a Business and HR Consultant and Founder & CEO of AB Talent & HR Solutions LLC. Her firm guides clients through the process of deploying strategies which drive organization building, business success and growing the bottom line. She has extensive knowledge within a wide range of industries – consumer products, chemicals, manufacturing and E-Commerce – leading her to establish her company with a focus on consulting entrepreneurs, and small- to medium-sized companies to understand the intrinsic value of HR’s impact within the company structure and success. 

Her unique perspective is derived from experiences with brands such as Coca-Cola, SHEEX, Covance Pharmaceuticals, and her own inspirational story. Anastasia established herself by earning a BA in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and an MSBA in HR Management from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. She also achieved senior-level SHRM-SCP and SPHR Certifications.

When she’s not working on HR projects, Anastasia can be found digging in her garden, exploring a new recipe, or watching a favorite black and white classic movie. Anastasia and her husband live in Cherry Hill, NJ with their two dogs – a Wheaten and a Whoodle. The Whoodle runs the house.
